If memory is being allocated dynamically for bands (see DynamicBands (system param)), this integer sets a limit on the amount of memory which can be so allocated. A positive integer limits the number of bands; a negative integer gives a limit in kibibytes (KiB). A value of 0 means that no limit is set.
Default: about half the number of threads
