ICC Profile
While users can create ICC profiles using the full ColorLogic applications, Smart Media Manager also includes a streamlined three-step process—powered by ColorLogic technology—for generating ICC profiles quickly and easily.

Print Profile Charts
This button will bring up a dialog to select and then print profile charts.
Read Profile Charts
This button will open Measure Tool configured to measure the profile charts just printed. Doing so will allow the ICC profile to be generated.
Template Configuration
This setting affects how the ICC profile is generated. We provide four default templates, each with predefined values.
All templates share the same settings except for two parameters: Black Start and Pure Gray.
Option 1: Black Start = 25, Pure Gray = On
Option 2: Black Start = 25, Pure Gray = Off
Option 3: Black Start = 35, Pure Gray = On
Option 4: Black Start = 35, Pure Gray = Off
You can also create custom templates by copying your configurations to the Resources\IccConfigs folder.
If set up correctly, you’ll be able to generate ICC profiles using your custom settings. (For best results, do not change or remove the template tokens.)
Generate ICC
This button is active if the profile charts have been measured. You can use it to create the ICC profile.
Naming the ICC Profile
This dialog will prompt you to enter a name for the profile, and you can optionally include a timestamp to help with version tracking.
