This objective is very similar to /Paneled , except that the area defined by MaxWidth and MaxHeight is successively halved until any further halving would produce a panel too small for the page size to be used. The only aspect supported is /BestFit , and there are no strategies. While this approach is less efficient than the /Paneled objective for sheet or full drum devices when there are few changes in page size expected to occur within a signature, it can lead to the most efficient use of film when page sizes vary often and significantly, but only when used with the /FromList tactic and the /RespondHalved response. If no tactic or response is defined in the call to HqnInitImpose then these procedures will be used.
