Yes, the Harlequin LDK Ordering system currently has four roles for OEM logins, and each user may have any one or more:

Orderer |
Can submit new orders. Please ensure that all of your staff with Orderer status have the right to place orders on your behalf. |

Viewer |
Can read and search within your historical orders. |

Support |
Can view the details of any specific license by entering a Product Key or Protection Key ID. |
|
Emergency License |
Can order part numbers explicitly tagged as emergency licenses. For more information see Is there a faster way to get my customer up and running again? |
