HQN-386195	HQNSUP-127085	Fix Handling of IndependentSpots Where the Spot is also in a DeviceN colorant. A configuration using /IndepedentSpots [White] was not successfully rendering a DeviceN of [/White /Black /Pantone] that is overprinted on top with White at 0%. This change was backported from 14.0r0
